Multicultural Photo Story

Multicultural week at MSJHS has different colors representing different culture assigned to each day of the week. This photo was taken last year on Yellow Day showing our American pride.

On Tuesday of MC week, we had a field trip for AP art to San Francisco! Taking the bart and then transferring to Muni.

We visited the De Young Museum and even got a sneak peak of our senior ball venue next door.

Another day of MC week off campus to SuperCue with these super cute ones

Shutter Speed and Everything After

The Photo I Picked

1. Fast or slow - why? Fast; The picture was taken with a fast shutter speed because on the left, the shoe is frozen in motion

2. One rule of composition: Rule of Thirds; The three men on the motorcycle are the focus of the picture. However, they are not in center and at the right of the composition.

3. Element of Art - Line; Leading lines are formed by the arms of the subjects.

4. Principle of Design - Emphasis; There is an obvious emphasis on the right side of the picture
